Summer Camp

We survived a HOT week at camp, had a great deal of fun while learning many new skills. The list of completed merit badges will be available shortly and will be posted in the summer camp folder.
CPR Certification

Training may take place again in the fall as needed.
Philmont Crew 714P

The crew had their last pre-event meeting on June 30.
The crew will meet at St. Paul on July 11 at 7:30 AM. A final equipment shakedown will take place before leaving for Colby, KS. Please bring a sack lunch for the trip.

Thanks to all those who helped make garage day go so smoothly. We got a lot done, including replacing all the shelving in the garage, cleaning and repairing all patrol boxes, trailers, freezer, coolers, stoves and tents. The garage is not only clean but has been sprayed for termites which will slow their growth for a while. The damage found this year was significantly more than in previous years.
Hunter Education Scheduled

Hunter Education has been scheduled for August 8. This is a class that requires DNR participation and will be held back at Central Iowa Shooting Sports. The following Scouts are eligible to take the class at no charge:
